Data flow:
Collection: the devices and sensors installed on the equipment detect and collect operating data.
Transmission: the data is sent to the Digicom platform over the network using the MQTT protocol.
Analysis: dedicated algorithms and artificial intelligence process the data to spot anomalies, anticipate possible failures and plan maintenance work.
Access: technicians, customers and partners can consult the data and the equipment history via dashboard or API.
