4G DIALER EVO is the new digital alarm dialer platform, designed for newly installed elevators and modernization projects.

The platform integrates a 4G module with fallback to 3G and 2G networks, with full 4G VoLTE support, and is VoIP-ready. The digital architecture simplifies the connection between the Dialer and the voice units, reducing wiring to just 2 wires and optimizing the management of audio communication and diagnostic functions.
The device is designed for integration into elevator control panels thanks to its DIN rail mounting, and can be configured locally via Wi-Fi through a web browser, with no additional app or proprietary software.
Connectivity with the control panel via RS-485, LAN/Ethernet or CAN-BUS broadens the integration possibilities and enables telemetry, diagnostics and remote support functions. MQTT and Cloud support make the 4G DIALER EVO a platform ready for connected solutions and increasingly advanced management of the elevator installation.
