The Computerized Maintenance Management System is an add-on module within our ecosystem for managing maintenance and interacting with Look@CLOUD monitoring. It is a modular, scalable system that can be customised to the customer’s specific needs.
The base version handles scheduled maintenance activities, generates “work orders” and routes the tasks to be carried out to the right staff through a workflow. CMMS brings together reports opened by operators and managers and those coming from the monitoring on our Look@CLOUD platform. A dashboard gives a complete, immediate view of open faults. CMMS also produces reports in several formats (PDF, ODT, CSV) and can be integrated with other systems. The solution is completed by data exchange with SAP® systems.
